ACCOMMODATION

If you request a room reservation at ECOTECH CENTER,
please notice that accommodations are reserved on a first-come,
first-served basis after the completed registration form is received in our office.
To make the room reservation,
please see the application (registration) form you downloaded.

If you should cancel your room reservation
after June 1, 2009, you will be charged a US$10 fee.

There are several small hotels (Business) near the ECOTECH.
If you prefer to stay at one of them,
please feel free to do so.
If you need a single-bed room, please make arrangements yourself.
ECOTECH CENTER has no single-bed room.
